Choose two front covers of comics. Analyse how they use conventions of comics and how they apeal to their target audience.

Task 2 (A03) (5 marks)

Design and produce the front cover of a new comic. You also need to explain your use of media language in your comic and how it will appeal to your target audience. This could either be as a mini essay or as an annotated analysis.

Topic: Film Promotion

Title: Understand Film Promotion

Key Concepts: Primary -Represenation and Institution

                        Secondary -Media Language and Audience

Task 1 (A02) 1000 words

Take one film, compare and evaluate the effectiveness of both the trailer and the poster as a mean of promoting the film.

Task 2 (A03)

A. Design a film poster for a new Romantic Comedy Film.

B. Write the script for a TV interview promoting your film.

You will need to analyse your production work as a short essay.

Title: Magazine Production

Research and plan for the contruction of a new magazine. You must create a total of 12 pages.

Task 2 (A04)

A. Create the Front Cover, Contents Pages and a Feature Article (at least two pages)

B. Write an 800 word Evaluation of your magazine.
